Cashier

We are looking for a friendly, responsible and customer-oriented individual to join our retail team. The role involves providing excellent customer service, handling cashier and billing operations, processing invoices accurately and ensuring a smooth experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs.
• Process invoices, billing and cashier transactions accurately.
• Maintain the cash drawer with accuracy and accountability.
• Work closely with team members to support daily operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

• G.C.E. Ordinary Level qualification.
• Previous cashier or retail experience will be an added advantage.
• Experience with the MyPOS system is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good numerical and cash-handling skills.
• Responsible, accurate and customer-focused.
• Willingness to work extended hours when required.
• Age between 20–35 years.
